Warranty
All skateboards purchased are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1-Year from the date of the receiving date. This warranty state that Waymax will repair or replace the defective skateboard or longboard that experiences damages due to defects in materials, workmanship.
The damage due to normal wear & tear of skateboard including, but not limited to, nose part wear due to dragging, damaged caused on impact, chips or cracks, damage caused by extreme weather condition changes, damage caused by water, moisture, snow, fire are NOT covered.
Damage due to user mistake including, but not limited to, heavy impact, intentional damage, physical modifications the original parts are NOT covered.
Waymax reserves the rights to determine what damage qualifies as a manufacturer defect. The terms of this warranty is subject to change in the future.
For us to best process your claim, please provide proof of purchase, location of damage, detailed photos that indicate damage, and any other supporting documents. Waymax reserves the right to request additional supporting documents whether a skateboard’s damage is covered by warranty.
